PreciCast utilizes a proprietary Thermal & Mold filling simulation to ensure proper metal flow and part fill. An Epoxy tool is machined to exact tolerances, then a proprietary Ceramic Vapor Deposition process coats the tooling.  Compressed sand is used to back the coating. The pattern is stripped, leaving the Ceramic attached to the sand. A fully automated facility is used to ensure consistency.
