The RPS technology platform is built around stereolithography (SLA).  Market-tested, the widely respected technology combines speed, precision and versatility to produce a solid three-dimensional model in a matter of hours.  Using an ultraviolet laser beam, a Stereolithography Apparatus (SLA) scans a single cross section of your CAD design onto a vat of liquid photopolymer resin.  The resin is transformed from liquid to solid in thin, highly accurate layers.  This computer-driven process is repeated, layer-by-layer, until the model is complete.
